“Edited review and long story shorter: I came in for dip nails for a wedding a few days away, didn’t like them, couldn’t stay to fix them because of other appointments so I left unhappy. Nana reached out to have me come in to make it right and fix them. I decided to give it another try because of a few reasons. Nana is very friendly, attentive, accommodating, makes you feel at home, the relaxed vibe of the salon and cleanliness. Leslie redid my nails and they came out beautiful. Happy customer, I’d definitely come back.“

“10/10 experience! I was visiting from out of town and saw the wonderful reviews. Essence did not disappoint. I had a massage that was exceptional, we talked through my goals and issue areas beforehand and I could tell the treatment was tailored to that. Honestly it may be the best massage I’ve ever had. The facial with the dermaplaning is highly recommended, Mary even added a little massage while the mask set. The minorest recommendation would be to partially cover the glass door, the light from the hall can be a bit bright in the room. Overall highly recommend.“

I’ve never had a chipped nail and my dip manicure lasts 4 plus weeks. They would last more but they grow out. If you are looking for an amazing manicure this is your place!“

They’re incredibly welcoming, detail oriented and accommodating. They typically have time for walk-ins or if you call in the morning they always find a time that works. Yen is extraordinarily precise and artistically talented. From a basic manicure, dip, gel or intricate nail designs she does it all, I couldn’t be happier.
