“I really like Lucky Nails but want to share a honest review of pro’s and con’s. The staff is so friendly and they all do a great job. The massages are also longer than the average nail salon does for a pedi I feel like. The prices there seem a little higher than some other nail salons and seem to consistently go up but that’s happening these days. It is extremely clean and welcoming in there and they play nice classical music. I felt it was worth it until it became a thing that they were almost always running behind by at least 15 min to a half hour. I noticed they would have multiple people waiting a lot and would have us sit at the pedi chair in the water to try to hold us over which got me so frustrated. It became regular enough and at various times that I decided to start going somewhere else where they are always on time and get me in and out while doing just as good of a job.“
