“I have been going to carls Micheal’s for 4 years now and every time I go I leave being in-love with my hair. All of the girls are so sweet and it makes the time go by so fast. Talia was amazing, when I was with her a piece of my hair didn’t hold the color even though she could have just blow dried my hair and called it a day she took the time to fix it and put more foils in. “I originally came in just for a classic facial, but as soon as I got on the table, Martha had a whole customized plan in mind and I’m so glad she did. We started with the best dermaplane I’ve ever had and a deep, deep-clean, extraction-focused facial that left my skin feeling brand new. I live in Boston and get facials regularly, but this was by far the best facial ever. My skin has never felt so cleaned out. She mentioned microneedling, which I’d honestly never thought to try before, but she explained how it could really help my texture and collagen. I paired it with a collagen treatment.  My skin was red for a couple of days post microneedling, but now my skin has never looked this good. It’s glowing, smooth, and so much healthier. “I took my daughter here for the 1st time and she was so pleased. It motivated me to do the same for myself. With work, juggling 4 kids and a home to care for I don't have time for myself. “I called like 10 min before for a pedicure and were all set up when I got there. It was very quiet when I got there so I decided get a full set which they were totally fine with. One girl put the full set on while I got the best pedicure from Happi, I’ve never had lemons in my pedi but it was exceptional! My toes were kinda a mess but Happi was the real MVP to make them as cute as she could with a French gel. Then I was brought over to get my gel polish, she picked out the perfect red color and did the best job one shaping my nails then anyone in a long time. I was happy that they had the news on cause I can’t stand when nail salons have weird stuff on tv, haha. The best yet is after all that it came to $100, I can’t remember the last time I got all that and paid that little. Take all my money, I’ll be back!!“

“I ALWAYS book an appointment my one negativity id say is I'm never taken on time and when customers walk in she goes into turbo mode on my nails and my nails suffer because of it. I understand the place is busy and as a business you want to be able to please all of your customers but, you can't take everyone and sometimes you need to tell customers you aren't able to accommodate them, especially if it is at the cost to compromise the client that is already in your chair. I enjoy the atmosphere and Tammy is a hard worker and when she takes her time my nails come out amazing and that is why I return but if I continue to be rushed or forced to wait around for 30 plus minutes after my set appointment I Will be forced to spend my money elsewhere.“
