Wayne at Ace Drain & Sewer in South Haldey, MA was recommended by folks who knew what they were talking about and we could not have been happier with the work they did. They answered promptly, they returned calls, they listened to explanations, they looked at their options and gave us options and set reasonable expectations. Wayne was very knowledgable and his co-worker was very attentive and helpful. The best part of all is how the two men worked as a team. For example, when one was working at the clean out port, the other was tracking the outflow pipe to determine where the clog may have been and if/when it broke free. Once the clog was freed, Wayne ran his camera down the outflow and showed at least 134 feet of clear pipe with minimal root intrusion. I made sure I took a picture of the side of their truck so I could have it handy to share with others.
Ace is always super reliable! He came to see us in less than 24 hours and had us back draining normally in no time! Highly recommend!
Wayne was timely and professional. What we thought was a root grown into our sewer system turned out to be a bigger issue (an actual broken pipe). Wayne called dig-safe right away and was able to complete the work quickly. We would definitely recommend Ace Drain and Sewer.
