First time here... I shared a photo with her and told her I wanted my hair should length. Kim is scissor happy !! I wanted to cry - couldn't wait to get out. Not only is it not should length- you can see the back of my neck! She absolutely did a lousy job- worst cut ever and I won't be back

My wife went here to get some greys covered up. She was very specific and asked for her hair to look EXACTLY like it currently does, but with the few greys colored the same as the rest. My wife had never done this before, so she didn't know the best way to go about, hence she trusted the hair stylists' suggestions. The hair stylist suggested highlights, which is apparently an upsell from just coloring (which is likely all she needed). Meanwhile, I have dropped her off and I am out to lunch having a beer. I begin getting texts that "there is foil in my hair and I can see huge patches of blond..." and she is obviously upset. My wife is a professional who needs to present to other professionals every day and isn't trying to look like Britney Spears in her heyday. I tell her, just let her finish, eventually she will harmonize it all with the natural color. Cut to three hours after I dropped her. Her hair is now blond, like very blond. She is very upset and doesn't know what to do. I tell her it's just hair, we can get it fixed, its not worth being this upset over. I ask her did you tell the stylist you weren't happy, and she explains the uncomfortable interaction between them from the time she is done to payment, as my wife is visibly upset and unhappy. I am like, did she charge you full price? And yes, she did. When you go to a hairdresser, and you are looking for something different or new and asking for advice, you are putting a lot of trust into that hairdresser. I am not sure this falls into that category; a coloring of the exact same color should be pretty straightforward. My point is, if you can't trust her with easy things, what can you trust her with. While she may be fully trained in the skills of a hair stylist, that doesn't mean she has vision or artistic ability to adjust for the subtleties of each person to make it work for them. My wife is now walking around the house with CVS hair color in her hair... Maybe Hair's to You does great work for you and will continue to do so, but I felt a warning was warranted. P.S. my wife didn't want me to post any of this

She’s such a nice stylist. Had amazing customer service it felt like I was going to a friends and getting a haircut. 10/10 would recommend people go here ☺️

Kim does an amazing job at making people feel welcome, not only that, she does an amazing job with her hair cuts and shampooing. This was my first time , and I will definitely be coming back every time I need a haircut from now on. Highly recommend.

Came upon this hair salon right in my neighborhood. I couldn't have been more happy with the service. Kim was very professional and cut my hair so good. I brought my 96 yr old mom in also for a haircut, and she was just so happy with how she was treated. I recomend all my friends who live in the neighborhood or in the surrounding towns to call Kim if you need her services . You will not go wrong. I will be back.
