We’d like to thank the staff who helped us: Richard for diagnosing the problem, Bob and DJ for making an urgent attack and Big Greg for finishing them off. But the person I want to take my hat off to is Heidi, who is in the office. She shepherded us through the entire process. Her tenacity to make things right really helped.
