We had a wasp problem. They were persistent, but A-1 was more so. They gave us our house back.
We’d like to thank the staff who helped us: Richard for diagnosing the problem, Bob and DJ for making an urgent attack and Big Greg for finishing them off. But the person I want to take my hat off to is Heidi, who is in the office. She shepherded us through the entire process. Her tenacity to make things right really helped.
“Chapeau!” to A-1
Love A1! Regular service is thorough and effective and if we need anything between service dates, they help us out. Our Tech, Tommy, does a great job. Prompt, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable!
We recently had to deal with a squirrel in the house and since we have a contract with A1 we contacted them. The tech was on site within 2 hours same day and extremely helpful, finding the intruding animal that had expired and providing several inciteful and useful comments and suggestions regarding what to look for and precautions to reduce the chance of a future incursion. Thanks A1 for quick and helpful service - we highly recommend you !
