I had a small puddle next to my new water heater due to a pressure release valve malfunction. I emailed them on Sunday. Earlier this morning they called and said they’ll try to have somebody out there today; if not tomorrow the latest. Within 3 hours I was messaged saying he’s on his way. The serviceman was in and out of here a total of 15 to 20 minutes. Great work, very pleasant tech. Thank you!

Called me back on 4th of July weekend and tried to diagnose over the phone. However supply houses were closed until Monday. They came by 815am on Monday and fixed problem by 1015! Hot water again... read full review
