I appreciate the people who work here so very much! I am someone who is absolutely terrified of the dentist. I know most people are, but I tend to have the water works turn on no matter how hard I try to suppress them, or have panic attacks as soon as I see needles. It can be embarrassing and frustrating, but I’ve been trying my best to overcome this irrational fear. I feel extremely lucky to have received the kindness, patience and understanding that the staff here have afforded me. If it weren’t for them, I don’t know that I’d have the courage to go at all. My dentist and the handful of dental assistants I’ve met have been nothing short of sweet and supportive....read full review

I used to love this place. Last cleaning I had I was basically water boarded and so fast it did nothing. I still have plaque behind my teeth. I get it’s a teaching place but we should be able to critique the jobs so they learn better skills

Today was my 2nd visit, and let me tell you the customer service couldn't be any better. Such nice and friendly Professionals who were great! I'm sorry I waited so long to make an appointment to come here. Ladies at the front desk very nice also. I would highly recommend Ellen Jones Community Dental Center to any and everyone! We offer routine care including dental screenings and cleanings, as well as urgent and emergency care. All are welcome! We offer help applying for insurance and accept MassHealth for all ages including adults. We also accept most insurance programs and have a sliding scale of fees. Falamos Portugues! Hablamos Espanol! Language interpreter services available in other languages.
