We were struggling with hot water issues in our new home since we moved in, that a couple of people attempted to fix, but to no avail. We eventually lost the hot water all together. I reach out to Durfee and they immediately responded right away and Tyler came out that day. Their texting system was great for sending preliminary information and notifying me of Tyler's arrival. He diligently tracked down the problem and fixed it to our great happiness. If we need plumbing services in the future, we know who to call!
I called about getting my outdoor shower repaired and a toilet leak fixed. Price was fair. Durfee communicated throughout the process which was great. Tyler did the work and was done within a few hours. He was very professional, and a very nice guy to boot. I will call Durfee for all future plumbing needs.
Durfee set us up 12 years ago with a new furnace, followed a few years later with the central a/c. They have serviced everything since then including some plumbing issues we had. We just had some a/c issues with the temperatures soaring and they came quickly and fixed it. They have always been reliable and responsive. I highly recommend them.
