I have been a patient for the past few months. I was introduced to the CPAP machine by Ilene, who thoroughly explained to me how to use it. Ilene's instructions were very clear. She was very patient, answered all my questions, and was very encouraging. My adjustment to the CPAP was not easy and each time when I met with her she had a way of reinforcing and encouraging the use of it.In the past two weeks, my husband became a CPAP user and met with Carolyn and Ilene. Both were very patient, professional, and attentive to his questions by assisting with fitting the best mask.Work in progress.....MANY THANKS !!!

I have worked for Comprehensive Home Care for 17 1/2 years, and met a lot of wonderful clients and families during that time. It's our goal to provide Continuity of Care whenever possible. This is something that I also request of the office staff when getting new clients, although I've often filled in where needed in the past. Comprehensive is always looking for new and qualified staff to join the team. Honestly, the phones should be put away when on shift, unless clocking in or out. Client care is my number one priority, and is for most of our employees and the office staff. I would happily recommend Comprehensive Home Care, and would also add that if personalities clash between client and caregiver, clients should always feel free to request someone else! Keeping clients happy and well cared for is Comprehensive's goal. Doris Lake
