I was shopping for a paint brush and I was surprised to see USB cables at the Home Depot. It's interesting how a do-it yourself store now competes with stores like Target, Best Buy or Walmart. The prices were higher than a Walmart but less than the other speciality retailers. Good thing to know !!

I was having MAJOR issues with the protection plan company so I decided to call the South Attleboro store to speak with someone. Was connected to the manager, Paul, and in very short order, and with nothing but kindness and understanding, he got the issue corrected with the warranty company in less than 24 hours. Once I went INTO the store to make a new purchase to replace the aforementioned protection plan "appliance" I had the great fortune to deal with Sheila in major appliances and she had my new appliance purchased and all matters tied up quickly and with the utmost respect to not only us but also the other customers waiting for her attention. The final part of this "adventure" had me dealing with a young lady at Customer Service by the name of Leyanni. Leyanni was cheerful and absolutely helpful in tying up the final loose end in this saga. She was friendly and kind and very competent. I will not hesitate to return to this location and congrats for having employees like Paul, Sheila and Leyanni.

Love the layout and selection in this store. The parking is also easy. Huge lot right out front and it is just off the exit from 95. Most staff are friendly and helpful. Didn't love that they did not seem to be enforcing mask wearing in the indoor portion of the store. Saw several customers with no masks whatsoever, like not even trying with a gaiter or bandana. Nice feature on their website where you can look up a product and see the aisle number and bin number where it is. This definitely helps to navigate the vast expanse of this store. I also highly recommend the plants. Much better priced than garden centers and an excellent selection of succulents.
