I have been going here for my laundry and dry cleaning for years and cannot speak highly enough of their kindness and quality of service. Ivy and her colleagues do an amazing job and are very efficient with turning around any clothes I drop off. I highly recommend this place to anyone living in the Davis/Somerville area. A real staple of the community!

Been going here for 1-2 years now after our old place closed. Recently, we had a tuxedo get accidentally damaged and we brought it to Winn's attention. Without a lot of hassle, they took ownership of the problem and we found a very equitable resolution to the matter. They were communicative the entire time, and easy to work with. I had anticipated a huge "fight" and was pleasantly surprised how professionally they rectified the situation. Even after the mishap, we're still taking our cleaning and tailoring here!
