I go for my roots and highlights here and i see Felipe who has recently joined this salon. I have been seeing Felipe for 4 years and he always does my hair really well.

Stay away from this salon, the owner Shirley is the most irresponsible business owner, she comes to work when she feels like it, she cancelled on me 4 times, the last time was the straw that broke the camels back, she cancelled 1.5 hours before my appt, stating that she had a doctors appt, I had always booked a week in advance , she goes on vacation randomly or she has to go to the airport to drop someone , wonderful excuses to cancel on your long time clients, Take your business to Anna Vaz Concept Salon in Malden, they are clean efficient, punctual, gracious kind, they take credit card and debit cards not CASH only like Studio S !! they care about their customers Plenty... read full review

Don't go to this salon the owner doesn't care for her clients. In order to run a business and keep your clients is to work and be available for your clients. I had an appointment over a week in advance and then she took off and went in vacation what kind of a person does this it's very unprofessional. People don't go to this salon she may be cheap but not worth it.
