I just had an incredible massage from Nayahra Resende at Soft Space Wellness in Somerville. Nayahra was very professional yet personable and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during my massage. Today my body feels much less tension and my back and neck feel amazing. I highly recommend Nayahra and Soft Space Wellness!

Hannah and Luis are some of the most knowledgable practitioners I've worked with and truly deliver a bespoke experience that has made a huge different in dealing with short term pain and building long term strength. I have absolutely loved coming to the small group strength classes for the last year and a half. As someone totally new to strength training, Hannah and Luis taught me the fundamentals in a safe and supportive way from warm-up to cool-down. I sleep better, recover from life's stresses quicker, and move easier, whether I'm lifting heavy luggage or sprinting for a bus. Soft Space also has a great class structure, in that you are guaranteed to see familiar faces week after week, which is a much more personable way to work out. Thank you, Hannah & Luis!
