Best Sephora experience I’ve ever had!
This is hands down the friendliest Sephora I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the store was easy to navigate and find what I needed.
I was specifically looking for a foundation with a certain formulation since my old go-to changed and no longer works for my skin. I asked Mckenna for help, and she was AMAZING. Within literally 5 MINUTES, she found me the perfect foundation, both shade and formula were spot on. That level of skill and product knowledge is seriously impressive.

We went to sephora this afternoon and the cashier lady was super rude. We don't see her name tag but she is not happy to work at all. She is not smile, use F word and frustrated when checked out for us.
But at least, the person who help us shop is nice to deserve 3 stars.
Felix at the Assembly Row location is the absolute best! He was extremely helpful and patient and recommended the best products and shades perfect for my skin. He has the best energy and presence and made me feel so at ease. Thank you Felix!!
