Marlon is such a friendly guy! I started taking my son in for haircuts when he was three years old after having a bad experience at a kid-specific salon. Marlon was so great with him; it just proves that you don't have to specialize in kids, just treat them with kindness, patience, and respect. In just a short time on East Broadway, Marlon has really cultivated a community here: he is eager to help out with neighborhood events, networks with other small business owners, and always has a high five or candy for local kids.

I went with my brother to this barbershop to get a cut and one thing for sure is this is THE BARBERSHOP. The guys are chill and cool Joel gave us a great haircut, definitely made a whole transformation to my hair and thus my whole life ?❤️ he’s definitely our barber for life now . And the vibes of this place and the conversations we had were so deep, life lessons and motivational. Was great to hear how everything is going in the community and have a good laugh with everyone.

First time being here . I made an appointment with Joel . I don’t have a lot of people cut my son’s hair because he’s sensitive but also because it’s hard to get the style I ask for. Joel was very patient and listened to all concerns and answered ever question I had. When we arrive he took my son right away , made him very comfortable and began . In the middle of the cut he even went as far as asking for my opinion, again , to make sure I was happy with how it was coming out . I have never had someone be concerned about my wants and needs like he was . I highly recommend . He is GREAT with kids ( my son is a crier ) but he was so happy and loved his hair cut...read full review
