I got a haircut from Joel and it was a very nice experience. He took his time to make sure that I looked my best. The beard touch up was also very good. It was also a lot more affordable than other places in the area.
So I've had many Barbers over the years. Joel was the first person to take the time out to explain what the difference is between low/mid/high fades. I hadn't realized my finicky hair would benefit from the high fade - damn you cowlick!
Took his time, great conversationalist and was fun listening to his journey of inner peace which is something I myself value.
Now the finished product, perfect. Exactly what I've always really wanted. Excellent value for the price I was very impressed. Whole place has old school barbershop feel and honest gentlemen with good vibes.
