As a first time client getting my hair colored I wasn’t sure I got the right tone. The color was beautiful but it needed toning. Jackie and Ellen treated me like a queen and made sure I got what I wanted. The customer service is fantastic and I really like the product.
I had my first ever appointment at Madison Reed and luckily got matched with Erin in the Assembly Row location. She was super friendly, showed me my different color options and really took time to come up with the best color for me! She was also really gentle while she washed and blow dried my hair, which I really appreciated!! Will definitely be returning to see her!!
Adriana was professional and explained the dye process very well.
I wish the studio had a section to get your hair cut.
It was airy, clean and welcoming store.
