I went in to schedule an appointment for my daughter and asked if they could do “butterfly locs. I even gave them a reference of how it looked like and they said they could do it. I come home from work and saw that my daughters hair was not what she asked for. Some of the locs were becoming undone and they don’t look good at all. Some of the locs are much longer than the others. I’m very disappointed because if you don’t know how to do a style just say you can’t do it.
