If you’re looking for headaches and unnecessary stress, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, my experience with Income Tax Plus was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor, I had to spend a lot of time trying to resolve issues that should have been handled correctly, and I was left frustrated throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.
Unfortunately, my experience at for my tax appointment was unsatisfactory. I had a scheduled appointment at 3:00 p.m. I came 10 min before but upon arrival, there was no one available to assist me. I attempted to call several times to understand what was happening, but my calls were simply disconnected without any explanation. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but the lack of communication and the absence of staff at the counter was highly unprofessional, especially since I had other commitments.
Bad costumer service!!!!!!
After 3 years using them for personal and business taxes we had to stop. They are unprofessional and terrible customer service. After the manager left that place became just a money collector. Please don’t use them. It took them almost a year to file our taxes.
