I woke up to no hot water a few days ago. Excel Mechanical was quick to send Ivan out the next day and tell me what I already knew inside... it was time for a new tank. I picked out a Rheem tankless gas heater at Home Depot then Ivan got to work installing it the next day. He did a great job, beautifully installed!

My water heater was installed finished around 1PM, and I expected hot water after ~2Hours but it was all Cold. I called that Night to report a non-emergency call for the next day at AM. I did not hear back so called again at 11AM in the morning to get service. No reply from a Tech still, so called again at 6PM, I finally heard back for the original Tech at 7pm that he could be here in 20MIN, He was able to make the adjustments, and I had Hot water at 8PM. I thought the Tech was very knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. - Thankyou

Ivan came over when our waterheater broke. He was great. He was timely, courteous and best of all I felt no pressure from him. He laid out our options and came over early the next morning to install it. Thanks Ivan
