Drain Doctor came out with their jets and snake the first time and solved my problem (my sewer line was 180 feet long). Then unfortunately there was another problem that serviced, they came out again and gave it a temporary fix (it needed a full repair) free of charge and scoped it out with their camera to explain to me what happened. Excellent service overall, great people and fair price.
We called at 9:30 pm on a Saturday. They said someone would call back shortly and, within 10 minutes, someone called and said they were on their way. Mike N. promptly showed up and was very friendly and professional. He assured me that he would fix the problem. I have a very old house with very old plumbing. This did not phase Mike.The fee was reasonable and I would definitely recommended this company to my friends and family.
