Rude I don’t understand why people who are rude have these kind of jobs dealing with veterans with issues but have attitude and are rude it’s ridiculous idk how these people below me had a good experience when I’ve reached out to this same office at numerous different times
Everything went through fine, but after my main appointment, this office was very hard to get in touch with, and they do not have a voicemail setup and did not return any of my phone calls. Emails went unanswered as well..Everyone was nice, and my paperwork was still filed correctly. 5 Stars. Do not EVER attempt to file your comp and pen claim by yourself, always use an advocate.. I speak from experience. DAV Saved the day for me and helped me sort out a mess. Just a little better at communicating and this place would be a total Home Run, which is extremely rare to hear a veteran say about any organization like this, but here I am! THANK YOU.
