This place is fabulous! It isn’t my normal nail salon however, I was across the street at an appointment and needed a fill. The tech who did my nails listed to everything I wanted to the letter. I showed her a couple different pics (one for color and one for my ring finger) and honestly, in my opinion, my nails came out better than the pics and the color match was on point. I also was able to have great conversation with her which was lovely bc usually I just put my headphones on and let my tech do what they got to do. I love getting my nails done here. I'm always treated with respect, my requests are always honored, and the women who run the shop are very kind. I've gotten my nails done every which way and they always turn out great. Plus, the prices can't be beat. No complaints!
I asked for a specific design and was told that it could be done. When everything beside the design was done, I was then told that my design couldn't be done because they didn't have the color. When I chose a different color, I was told "I can't make it look like the picture". Even though they couldn't do the design, I was still charged for their gross attempt :(
