TL;DR: I feel (and run) stronger, and I feel better about myself. Joining Commonwealth was the best decision I made when I moved here. Would absolutely recommend dropping in for a couple of classes to anyone who's on the fence.

I started Crossfit a little over 1.5 years ago because I wanted to be stronger to do some more advanced tricks in my circus training. Thanks to all of the team at CWCF, I gained a ton of strength and was really able to expand what I was able to do in the studio.

My neighbors told me about Commonwealth CrossFit last summer and it is now a part of my life/routine. The owner/instructors are great guys, and really imbue a sense of community and support. Starting CrossFit as a 'Legend' (55+) has been empowering and fun. I'm enjoying getting to know my fellow Legends and truly look forward to my workout days!
