Technicians Ben were great! They explained the process well, shared before and after photos and pointed out what alterations were made to the ductwork to allow for the cleaning. For the first time at our 3-family residence, we had mice. We tried another exterminator and were unhappy that the mouse population was increasing and nothing they were doing was working. I asked Best Pest Control to give the situation a 2nd set of eyes and they were terrific.
