I had a cap and a root canal on one of my back teeth - The procedure went well and my comfort was ensured throughout. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and honest staff.
Went in today for a cleaning. Been coming to this place for years I go to the Somerville location.. Today I had Shannon Flynn-James , and I must say she was amazing. Down to how gentle she was with my cleaning, listening to whatever problems I had, and being very informative. Also, she was very funny and I had great conversation with her. Would definitely recommend Shannon and Avalon dental to anyone.
My first dental visit since COVID! They were able to get me in very quickly, and actually added me to a cancellation spot so I was seen even sooner! They accept MassHealth. Shannon was wonderful: funny and to the point. My mouth was in bad shape, but she never made me feel ashamed of it while still helping me know what I need to improve my oral health.Definitely switching from my prior dentist to Avalon after this visit.
