Highly recommend Serhii. He was super professional and effecient. Thoroughly cleaned dryer vents and even cleared internal debris from the dryer. Very responsive and was on the job within a few hours of requesting service.

He came to remove a bird’s nest from my dryer’s external vent and clean the entire duct, and I’m very pleased with the service. From the start, he was responsive and easy to schedule with. He arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and walked me through what needed to be done.

He handled the nest removal carefully and ensured no debris was left behind. He then thoroughly cleaned the dryer vent duct, improving airflow and giving me confidence that everything is safe and functioning properly again. Nothing but great things to say about Serhii and AirSupp! He was prompt, let me know when he was 20 minutes out, and got right to work!

He performed an AC and heating system tune up as well as a tankless water heater flush and descale. He found things in my air handler that 3 previous HVAC companies had missed, including a secondary filter that should have been removed upon installation that I had no idea was there.

It's a local company that came to us here in Somerville and covers Cambridge too. If you need HVAC service, including a new heat pump installation, you'll be in good hands!
