I was super impressed by both the staff and service at this Visionworks location. I recently had (what was supposed to be) a routine appointment to update my prescription for contacts, my first time being seen here. The staff was incredibly kind and answered all my questions, immediately making me feel welcome and at ease.
However, we were all surprised when during the appointment, a tiny hole was found on my retina - I opted for the pictures/scans instead of having my eyes dilated, which likely is why they were able to see it!
