I recently visited SkinMD for filler and had such a great experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. The results came out so natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone considering filler!

I do the diamond glow facial and my acne haw gotten so much better. Not only that Katie is super nice and game me lots of other tips on my acne which helped tremendously. Always a treat to go here. Thank you so much Katie for everything!

I paid three thousand dollars for full-body laser hair removal and I haven't seen any positive results at all. I'm really upset about my money going to waste. It was a bad experience with them.

I got talked into purchasing a package I did not come in for and now as I’m trying to cancel they are constantly giving me the “run around”. It is literally like pulling teeth. I will never come back to this location.

I have had a poor experience at the Boston SkinMD. Not only did staff cancel multiple appointments over the course of my treatments but the last one resulted in a week of swelling, headaches, and blurry vision. The young people using the equipment are not experienced or medical professionals of anny sort and there is a lack of medical supervision. Also, no follow up call post treatment so not much real care.

I would have loved to go to Skin MD for a first time dermatologist. For some reason after calling ONCE, to just inquire about if they even happened to offer a certain type of service, they have non stop called me and TEXTED my phone number trying to get me in. I get they want to offer me their deals, but it’s giving off car salesman vibes. It just felt unprofessional. I felt legit pressured by them to the point where I would never imagine going there after them asking me every other day if I am “ready” or not. I finally said listen I will contact you when I am ready! But you would assume people would not continue to call after 10+ non-returned calls to a client. They seemed super nice though, and I’m sure their doctors are amazing given the other reviews!
