After a horrific repair experience at a non-Apple certified repair facility, I was blessed to find Mac’s at Work in Shrewsbury. I brought them a 2017 Apple book pro that would boot, but that had a non-responsive touch pad and keyboard.I anxiously awaited their phone call after dropping off the computer. The message I received was, “I have good news”. Hurray!Upon opening up the unit they found an improperly installed battery and cabling, amongst other issues. Top notch Apple shop. Laurie was so kind, helpful and professional. She and the technicians had my broken MacBook fixed perfectly, (required new parts, etc....) within 24 hours. Amazing people. Thank You!

Laurie and her technicians are incredible. My two week old external SSD mysteriously stopped mounting and I had a project with a tight deadline stored on it. I had already accepted my files were probably gone forever, but they were able to recover all of my files quickly. They're affordable, understanding, and knowledgeable, and I will absolutely go here again if I (hopefully never) have any more problems. Thank you Laurie and techs!
