They saved my expensive suite and do a great job dry cleaning, ironing, and hemming clothing (they adjusted my expensive party dress). “Oh no! I forgot to pickup my dry cleaning, they are closed today and I fly out tomorrow!! This was the situation in our house. It created an even more stressful situation given the entire airline troubles with the Crowdstrike outage. I sent a note using Messenger. I didn't expect they would be willing to come to the store and help me, but I am a big believer in if you don't ask, you don't get. Not only did they respond within two minutes, they were more than happy to drop by the store and remove a layer of stress. “I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I have been going here for 20 years and they are amazing. My shirts and suits are always meticulously clean and wrinkle free wrapped in plastic bags. The prices are so inexpensive if I consider the time it would take me to clean and press my shirts. Periodically I have brought them a stained shirt that they could not clean but that is my fault not theirs. Also, they stopped writing on the tags and started using a paper tag that they attach that is easily removed.“
