So far, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jake L. (Jake goes above and beyond professionalism) and Brian H., who came to my home to service my heating and cooling system. Both were extremely professional, courteous, and thoughtful—even taking the extra step of wearing shoe covers. Everyone I’ve spoken with on the phone has also been polite, helpful, and easy to work with. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I would highly recommend their services. I would also suggest their VIP service, which is offered at a very reasonable monthly rate.
Freddy is the man! We never used mini splits before and they are in the house we bought. Freddy greeted me, was very pleasant, communicated about everything he was doing, took the time to show me how to use and care for them, told me information about them I never knew, steps on what to do next, let me knew when he was getting close to being done, and double checked if I had any questions before he left. 10/10 I would recommend him to everyone! The mini splits look and work as if they are brand new now. Stop searching for mini split companies, this is the one you want….especially if you get Freddy!
Jim arrived within the scheduled time window and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He walked me through every step of the work I needed done and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use Control Point again in the future.
