I was sent to Baystate after sustaining a shoulder injury. Alyssa, Nicki and Jenna were allcompassionate and effective . I was given new home therapies to do every week, they were able to stretch and release tightness through massage and dry needling. They often used humor as a distraction during some of the more painful techniques . I am now almost completely back to full function without needing surgery! Thank you to the Baystate team you are the best!!
Started PT in April for rotator cuff and bicep tendinopathy surgery. Staff (Alyssa & Jenna) were very knowledgeable and had a recovery plan that enabled me to recover quicker than expected. Highly recommend Shrewsbury location, as all staff was friendly and accommodating . Thank you to all the staff in Shrewsbury.
Bay State PT in Shrewsbury is a wonderful place to go when you need PT. They have a caring team, that makes the experience not only helpful, but fun. I will add a shout out to Pam. She is a miracle worker. Until you need PT, there is no way to explain the positive difference it makes. Even have pool therapy, which is also wonderful. 100 stars!!!!
