She was willing to go in and try to rectify whatever needed to be rectified. Fran was incredibly empathetic, understanding, and responsive when I worked with her. She helped make a difficult process easier by walking me through every step and answering the multitude of questions I had for her. She helped ensure that the final agreement was fair for both parties, not just for me. I strongly recommend working with her, and her office team is equally respectful and responsive.
