Berkshire Products is an amazing group of people to work with! I feel super lucky to be within a two hour drive so I can walk around and look at all of the really cool slabs and other fun hunks of wood! The staff is incredible! I send them my list of “MUST SEES” ahead of time and they have them pulled to the front for me to see and touch easily! Once I’ve got my bunch of slabs picked out, the carefully crate them all up and arrange for shipment straight to my shop! The trucking company they use is top notch! Just received two beautiful slabs. The wood was exactly as described, the customer service when ordering was extremely prompt and helpful, and the free shipping and hardwood crate was just icing on the cake. Will absolutely order from here again the next time I need something I can't get locally.

Nothing but a great experience buying from Berkshire Products. I placed an order on Monday and my slab showed up Friday afternoon. It was just as described with no hidden surprises, the slab was dead flat with about 70 of the work already done for me, and protect inside a well built crate. Awesome stuff, I'll be back for more!
