The spa has an automatic reply email so customers don't have to wait long. The staff answered me very quickly with a polite attitude. I am satisfied with this spa's customer care service.
It has been a while since I had a body massage and I must say Nicole did a amazing job. She asked if I had any issues with any certain areas and she definitely hit all the right spots. Left totally relaxed from head to toe and I will recommend Slo Spa to my family and friends. ❤️??
I’m not one to typically leave reviews, I got a facial with Kassie and she was absolutely amazing! Super sweet & made sure I was comfortable the entire process. If I could give 10 stars I would, thank you so much!!!
