Have been going here for 2 months. Best fitness experience I have had. Coaches are awesome. Trainer is amazing. Results are encouraging. You are encouraged to go at your own pace while still maxing out. It is a real family community.
I was on the fence between continuing my fitness at Orange Theory or trying something new with CrossFit. I took a leap of faith & could not have picked a better place. It is intimidating at first but between the coaches & the other classmates they will help you. Plenty of modification for all athletic abilities or physical limitations. After your first class, you’ll wish you started yesterday.
