She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about Pella windows and the whole installation process. She explained how the Pella Corporation has a special team servicing Martha’s Vineyard. We signed the contract with Pella immediately after the consultation with Ana. I'm very satisfied with the installation of my Patio slider. Fernando, Andrew, Armani and Zachary were professional, respectful and
organized. They also removed the waste after completing the work.
Andrew and his team came on time and were totally the A team as to polite, accommodating, and respectful attitude. The windows are beautiful and seem very solidly constructed. The workplace was left in pristine condition. I plan to ask for Andrew and his team when I ask Pella to do my next window/door project. He is an asset to your company.
