We had the annual maintenance of our air conditioning systems yesterday. Glen and Corey were just fantastic! They arrived on time and did not stop working until every aspect of the system was checked, cleaned and followed up with recommendations to insure smooth operations going forward. From the first consult until the last moment when they turned on the system, the whole process was seamless, customer-user friendly and professional. The communication was fantastic, letting us know when the technicians would be arriving, including their pictures so we could identify them. George and Ben were amazing: they took the time to hear our concerns and figure out the best configurations for the units and the pipes, which were somewhat trickier than first thought. Whenever there was an option, they consulted us. When they needed to move something, they did and then returned it back to where it needed to go. They were friendly, professional and efficient.
