I like Harbor Freight Tools because of their selection and prices. Normally I would give this store 5 stars, but on this particular visit, I spent a lot of time in misdirection! Two different employees gave me two different answers as to where the tool that i wanted, was located. Both of them were wrong. But as I was leaving, a third employee asked if he could help me and I told him that the store was obviously out of the hand-held propane heater I needed, so no thank you. Incredibly, he went straight to the location and handed me the heater!! As more employees are better trained, my score will improve back to 5 stars. The quality of the tools are not the best but they do last & the majority of them have lifetime warranties. Definitely worth the purchase, especially for weekend mechanics & DIY people.
Great store. This location is super clean, brightly lit, and always has the specific mechanics tool I need in a pinch. Today was ball-end, extended Allen head bits for 3/8ths. And I bought $120 worth of more stuff i needed, at the same time.... Shop step stool, metric ratcheting wrenches, hitch equipment for my zero turn to pull a leaf rake; you name it.
