Dr. William Truesdale is a veterinarian who has made many families feel comfortable with their pets. He is known for his expertise and love for his work. Even in difficult situations, such as putting a pet down, he and his team have been described as understanding and caring. However, there have been some complaints about the front office staff's rudeness and lack of helpfulness. Despite this, Dr. Truesdale's kindness and skill have been highly praised. It is a long drive for some customers, but they consider it worth it for the excellent care their pets receive.
Dr Truesdale did an amazing job on my dogs ears cropping them. He’s very skilled and we had no options to find a good vet locally. It’s a shame because not many vets do it. I’ve owned American bullies for along time and it’s part of their look he’s so sweet and kind.
I have been a client of Dr Truesdale for a short time the staff and the doctor are truly amazing one of the best facilities I have ever been to. For such a busy place he has spent so much time with me answering every question and every detail. Extremely friendly and very professional I am so thrilled to be a new client of such an awesome facility.
This is the only place I feel comfortable bringing my dogs to. It's just under an hour drive and I've made that drive dozens of times already. Dr. Truesdale is an awesome veternarian and he's made our family very comfortable.
