I love this place and Dr. Munson so much! The entire staff is so kind an patient. I am a nervous cat mom and they all really take the time to explain every detail to you. While I have not met Dr. Russo, she had filled in and answered all my questions while Dr. Munson was on vacation. This place is exactly what you want in a vet! I would give this more stars if I could!

After my first review was posted, I received a call from the doctor to apologize for my experience. I was told they were short-staffed the days I was there, and that they had taken care of an intact male cat who was responsible for the smell. The doctor offered a complimentary follow-up exam for my new kitten, who needed to return for booster shots. At the end of the voicemail, I was invited to call her if I wanted to discuss anything. I can't make calls at work, so I tried the next day, and she wasn't in. At my latest visit, the facility did not smell bad. Everything was efficient and I was only charged for the vaccines. The doctors at Gansett took excellent care of my cat for his entire 16 years. The vet techs, receptionists and other employees are also warm, friendly and welcoming. They even sent me a condolence card after my kitty died.
