My family and I have had this car for about 2 years and it has been needing some tlc on the inside, we were finally able to do that today. The Naps team gave Bernoulli (the given name of my car) needed deep clean on the upholstery, the floor, and dashboard area. This car looks and smells as brand new is it could get for a 2009 car. They did such a great job, again a very big thank you, and I recommend Naps for anyone needing any maintenance work. P.S. these pictures were taken after running some errands so there is a bit of dirt on the car mats from my shoes, but when I picked up the car initially it was spotless.“

“Had an emergency with a company breaking my oil tank valve and causing my oil tank to drain rapidly on my basement floor. After an oil company emergency repaired the tank, we still needed a in-depth cleaning. We contacted Bio-one. Dave came out next day and did a quote, the next day his crew was on site scrubbing and deep cleaning. They had to remove the oil, deep degrease and clean the floor and remove carpeting. I noticed a few things after the fact that needed more attention after they were done. Without hesitation they came right back out and fixed the issues. All in all it was a great experience working with this group. I would recommend them to others.“

“I rarely write reviews, but when I find someone amazing, I feel they deserve recognition. I live out of town and was recently visiting my brother in Rhode Island helping him recover from open heart surgery. He had not been up to cleaning his home for quite some time and had heard of Maria’s cleaning service through the VA. So, we decided to give her service a try and I am so grateful for the amazing job. Getting my brother’s house under control was quite a major undertaking. Maria started with 2 days of deep cleaning followed by regular cleaning every 2 weeks. She used both eco-friendly and pet-friendly products. My brother was so pleased with the results and even commented that he thought his home could never look this great again. Even his kitchen cabinet doors looked like new! It was important to him that certain items not be moved (e.g., important papers). Maria was very respectful of his wishes and was able to establish an important trust. Maria was conscientious in her communication before each cleaning and obviously took great pride in her work. It was important to her that we were pleased with her work. When I left town, I felt like my brother was in good hands . . . I feel I can rely on Maria to maintain a clean, healthy environment for him.
