This was an amazing experience. The salt cave is so interesting and extremely relaxing. The staff were wonderful and they have a very cool store with beautiful items. Can’t wait to return!

After reading The amazing reviews and beautiful pictures of Sciative salt cave, my best friend and I wanted to experience it. When we arrived, we felt very welcomed. The experience in the salt cave is beyond any words that can explain. I came out of the cave feeling new, relaxed, light, happy, my mind was not heavy it was simply amazing. It was definitely well worth the 2 hour drive from CT, we can’t wait until our next visit. Make sure to checkout their shop, they have many beautiful things from jewelry, to bath bombs, salt scrubs, salt lamps and much more. Absolutely incredible healing experience. I had a cough for 4 weeks, nothing was helping at all. Did a 45 minute session in the small cave- my cough was SIGNIFICANTLY better within 5 hours. I did nothing else!Not only that, but it was a stunning place to be. The details are just over the top.. cannot wait to go back for yoga or other offerings they do here.I will absolutely be recommending this to anyone with respiratory issues, but also for ANY relaxation/healing. I feel so lucky this is so close to me but I would drive so far for this!!
