Awful experience. Would not recommend to anyone. He was extremely delayed on submitting our taxes. Kept saying he would have them in the next week and months later still not done. After we finally submitted, one of our workplaces addended their tax form so we had to submit an addendum. He said he would do it and then completely ghosted us. Never responded to our numerous emails, texts, phone calls. We now have to pay someone ro redo last year's taxes entirely.

I hired this company to file my 2021 tax return for the first time. I was reluctant because they are based in Scituate and I live in Swampscott, but after reading the reviews, I felt assured it would be ok. I spoke to them over the phone, I sent them the documents I was asked. They asked me for a document that I could not deliver and I never heard from them again. I called and emailed multiple times. Yes, I guess you can say they ghosted me. Not professional at all.
