I've been going to Jerry for over 10 years and followed him to Tangles. He created a color just for me and knows exactly how to cut my hair so it enhances the shape of my face. He is very personable and a great listener. He is kind, compassionate and a great friend. I am very picky and will only go to Jerry. My mom and another close friend of mine now go to Jerry too. His prices are great!! I always feel amazing after seeing Jerry and get many compliments. I would highly recommend him to all I know!

I usually go to this place whenever I visit my family living in Saugus. I got my hair done here from two different hair dressers--blow dry + cut. I think they do a nice job with haircut and curls, but they tend to use very little serum or oil, which leaves my hair feel dry. But other than that, everyone is pretty friendly and no complains.

I luv getting my hair cut & sometimes colored while I'm there, Marica Jepson is not only my hair dresser but my Aunt to..She does an awesome job with all types of hair cuts, & colors and alot more.. so anyone who is looking for a new hair dresser call for an appt with her you'll be very happy you did!!Or ask for Lori she also is awesome at what she does... Along with the other people that work there...its a nice clean & very relaxing environment & prices are great!!!
