Honestly I was looking for a dentist with something soon and they gave me a same day appointment which was great. They took their time with my teeth cleaning thoroughly. They were very nice and personable. I really enjoyed it there
The dental work of replacing a filling was ok, tried to sell me a crown 1st. After the did the work, they told me I had to pay for the filling. I saw them a year ago and they took my insurance, when I went to ck out, they tried charging me for the work. I told them that I had insurance that covers it. They then told me that they don't take that insurance anymore but never informed me of that until after the procedure was done. They're scammers, after I refused to pay, the girl said she would bill the insurance Companybut I was responsible for the deductible. I don't have a deductible with fillings . I'm a former patient of Dr Bakopolus for about 20 years. Was a little disappointed when he retired - it's extremely hard to find medical professionals you like and trust - but he had other things to do with his life.At first nothing change other than the dentist at the practice - same office, same receptionist and same hygienists. I also liked the new dentist, Dr Lho, he seemed to be a good replacement for Dr B but over the last three years things have completely changed. New (several) receptionists, new hygienists.
