The Wax Specialists are fantastic, efficient, comfortable, and professional with a wonderful personality. They are very good at what they do and make guests feel totally comfortable with minimal pain.

I really enjoyed my experience here. Very clean, friendly and welcoming service. The two girls managing the front desk were informative and welcoming. Yanelky was very professional, down to earth, and kind. She works efficiently and painlessly. I highly recommend this salon. I don’t go anywhere anymore. Love you Yanelky!

It was my 1st wax with Tracy but it was like getting back connected with an old friend. She was personable, professional and a meticulous waxer. I would recommend Tracy and the Saugus Location
